Macks Studios

Make the next move clearer.

We help service businesses connect the pieces behind their work: the website, the inquiries, the bookings, the documents, the payments. We map what you already have, find what is missing, and shape a foundation you can build from. A website may be part of it. It is not the whole answer.

A conversation about where your business is and what is getting in the way.

Does this sound familiar

The work is good. The system behind it is scattered.

Most service businesses run on a mix of tools, documents, and memory. It works until it gets busy.

  • Follow-up lives in your memory

Leads and client check-ins depend on you remembering. When a week gets busy, some of them slip.

  • Invoices need chasing

Sending, reminding, and reconciling payments is a manual job that happens after the real work.

  • Documents are everywhere

Proposals, agreements, and notes sit across email, drives, and chat. Finding the current version takes longer than it should.

  • Booking, payment, and client work do not connect

Each tool does its job. None of them know about each other, so you carry the information between them.

  • The same admin, again

The steps between inquiry and delivery repeat for every client, and most of them are done by hand.

  • It all lives in one person's head

The business runs because you know how it runs. That makes it hard to hand anything off.

Not every business has every one of these. Usually one or two cost the most. That is where a foundation starts.

Connected systems

One journey instead of a pile of tools.

This is the kind of system we design for a business. Each piece hands off to the next, so what a client tells you once follows them through the whole relationship.

  1. Inquiry

A clear route from your website or a referral to your inbox.

  2. Booking

A time gets chosen on a calendar you control.

  3. Quote

Scope and price written up from the conversation.

  4. Agreement

    Terms confirmed before work begins.

  5. Payment

Invoices tied to the agreed milestones.

  6. Delivery

Work, reviews, and files kept in one place.

  7. Follow-up

A check-in that happens because the system prompts it, not because you remembered.

Your version may need only three of these pieces, and some may stay in tools you already use. The point is that they behave like one system. This is the type of system we design, not a list of features you have to buy.

Studio Foundation

A map of what fits. Room for what comes next.

Studio Foundation is how we work with you. It starts with the Foundation Map, a diagnostic that brings your documents, tools, and loose ideas into one clear picture. The Map answers four questions:

  • What you already have

Your website, tools, documents, and the way clients actually move through your business, laid out in one picture.

  • What is missing

The gaps that cause the friction: an inquiry with nowhere to go, a payment with no link to the agreement, a step that only works when you do it.

  • What could fit

Practical opportunities matched to your workflow, your capacity, and the tools you are ready to run. Sometimes a small product or capability. Sometimes a platform you already pay for, set up properly.

  • What comes first

A sequence, not a wish list. Each layer is tied to a real need, so you know what to do next and what can wait.

How it works

Start with a conversation.

We take the time to understand where you are, what is getting in the way, and which opportunities deserve attention first.

  1. Discovery

A call about your business: what you offer, the tools and documents you use, where the friction is, and what you would like to be easier.

  2. Foundation Map

A written diagnostic built from what we learn together: where the business stands today, findings backed by evidence, recommendations tied to those findings, the risks and constraints that matter, and what should happen first.

  3. Proposal

A separate commercial step, based on the Foundation Map recommendations: what we would build, the scope, pricing, and payment terms. The decision is yours.

Build comes later. Once a Proposal is accepted and the agreement is in place, the work moves into delivery.

Optional: a place to begin

Put your situation into words.

Four short questions, one at a time. They help you gather your thoughts before a call. Nothing is sent. You can copy the summary and bring it with you, or skip this and book directly.

Question 1 of 4

Which of these sounds most like your business right now?

Choose the closest fit. You can add context at the end.

This guide runs only in your browser. There is no form service, storage, or automatic submission. The booking link opens Cal.com separately and does not carry these answers with it.

Your next step

Book a Studio Discovery call.

Choose a time that works for you and we talk through your business. If it makes sense to continue, the next step is the Foundation Map, followed by a separate Proposal.
